These terms apply to quotes and Christmas light installation services from FastTrack Lights, operated by Jonathan Robinson in Orange County, California. By requesting a quote or booking an install, you agree to them.
Quotes are free and based on the photos and details you provide. Your quote covers labor for the install and the January takedown. If your home turns out to be meaningfully different from the photos or details we were given, we will tell you before starting and you can decide whether to go ahead.
You buy the lights and supplies at store price, and they belong to you. We help you choose the right items and amounts for your home. We are not responsible for defects in lights or supplies, and warranties come from the store or manufacturer.
We will confirm your install date by text. Rain, wind or other unsafe conditions may require us to reschedule, and we will let you know as soon as possible. Takedown happens between January 6 and 15 unless we agree on another date.
Payment for the season is due when your install is complete, using one of the payment methods listed on your quote. You can cancel at no charge any time before your install begins.
If part of your display stops working, text us and we will take a look as soon as we can. Replacement lights or supplies, if needed, are purchased by you.
We use clips made for your roof and gutters and do not use nails, staples or screws. We install on one and two-story homes only. We carry general liability insurance. If you have a concern about our work, please tell us within 7 days of your install or takedown so we can make it right. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for that season.
FastTrack Lights is not a licensed contractor. We provide temporary holiday light installation and removal and do not perform electrical, roofing or construction work.
If you opt in on our form, we will text you about your quote and appointments, and occasionally about next season if you agreed to that too. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
These terms are governed by California law. We may update them, and the effective date above will change when we do.
