FastTrack Lights is a Christmas light installation service operated by Jonathan Robinson in Orange County, California. This policy explains what we collect when you use lights.fasttrackops.com or contact us, and how we use it.

What we collect

What you give us on our quote form or by text, phone or email: your name, phone number, email, home address, photos of your home, and any notes.
Details about your service, like your quote, install and takedown dates, and payment status.
Basic website data, like the page you came from, the link you used to reach us (for example from a door hanger or yard sign), and standard browser information.

How we use it

To prepare your quote, schedule your install and takedown, and contact you about your service.
To send the text messages and emails you agreed to receive.
To keep records of the work we did at your home.
To understand which of our flyers and signs bring in requests.

Text messages and email

If you check the first box on our form, we will text or email you about your quote and your install and takedown appointments. If you also check the second box, we may send an occasional text or email about booking next season and seasonal offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time, or HELP for help, and use the unsubscribe link in any email. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of getting a quote.

We do not sell or share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our customer management and messaging platform and our website host, and only so they can provide those services to us. We may also share information if the law requires it.

Photos of your home

Photos you send are used to prepare your quote. We may photograph the outside of homes we light for our own marketing. If you would rather we not use photos of your home, just tell us and we won't.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you are a customer and for as long as we need it for records, scheduling future seasons, and legal requirements. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we have about you, and you can opt out of texts or emails at any time. Email [email protected] or text (714) 566-5680. California residents may have additional rights under state law, and we will honor those requests.

Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we update this policy, we will change the effective date above.
